The use of CNC spinning machine has brought convenience to our production and life. With the continuous development of society, the demand for CNC spiral machine has gradually increased. In fact, the molding method of spinning machine can be divided into two categories. One is ordinary spinning and the other is strong spinning. The demander can choose different spinning machines according to their actual conditions. The parts that are formed by spinning are generally rotary cylinders or discs. The spinner blank is usually a thick-walled tubular or circular sheet.


The difference between ordinary spinning and strong spinning. Without changing the thickness of the blank, only the spinning of the shape of the blank is called ordinary spinning; that is, the thickness of the blank is changed, and the spinning of the shape of the blank is called a strong spin forming. The spinning pressure required for strong spin forming is large, and the structure of the spinning machine is generally complicated. The strong spin forming is divided into a positive rotation and a reverse rotation depending on the direction in which the rotary wheel moves and the direction in which the metal flows. The direction in which the rotary wheel moves is the same as the direction in which the metal flows, which is called positive rotation; otherwise, it is called reverse rotation. For the same material, the spinning pressure required for reverse spinning is large. Which spinning method is used is determined according to the shape and process requirements of the part.

The selection of the spinning machine is determined by the spinning process and various molding process conditions. Spinning machines are divided into two types: powerful spinning machines and ordinary spinning machines. The powerful spinning machine is divided into a double-rotary wheel and a three-rotary wheel. There are also spinning machines for spinning special parts, such as hot spinning machines, steel ball spinning machines, etc.

CNC Spinning Machine is an automatic spinning forming equipment. Its working principle is that when the workpiece runs at high speed, the powerful external force will squeeze the workpiece according to a certain path, and the roller repeatedly presses the material to make it from point to line. From the line to the surface, the workpiece is thermally deformed to form a desired shape. According to the change of the thickness of the blank during the spinning process, the spinning process is generally divided into two types: ordinary spinning and strong spinning.


Ordinary spinning is referred to as general rotation. In the past, the thickness of the ordinary spinning method blank was basically constant, and the forming mainly relied on the shrinkage of the blank along the circumference and the elongation deformation in the radial direction. The characteristic of this method is that it can be obvious during the molding process. See the change of the outer diameter of the blank, and now the common spinning method has three types: deep spinning (spinning), shrinking spinning (shrinking) and expanding diameter spinning (expansion).


The drawing forming method is the most extensive and main forming method used in ordinary spinning, and the main realization is the bending and shaping of the blank. Now the drawing method can be divided into simple drawing and spinning and multi-pass drawing. Spinning two, the work is more and more subdivided, each performing their own functions.


The so-called reduced diameter spinning refers to the use of a rotating wheel fur or a hollow member to compress it locally to reduce its diameter. In the process of reducing the diameter, it is necessary to properly clamp the blank in the core mold, and expose the part to be formed. When the spindle drives the blank to rotate, then manually rotate the rotary wheel to reciprocate according to the prescribed shape trajectory. When each direction is changed, a certain amount of lateral feeding is given, and the outer circumference of the blank is gradually reduced in diameter to obtain a part having a throat shape or a closed spherical shape.
